Cybertruck: Made in Texas?

In a tweet just a couple of hours ago, Tesla CEO Elon Musk mentions the scouting of locations for the next US based Gigafactory. It appears it will receive the label of the Cybertruck Gigafactory. Here's the tweet:

Just last month, in yet another tweet, Elon posted a poll asking about a potential location for the next factory. At the time, it had a different name:

JoseQ's Look at this Thing

Could Giga Texas and Cybertruck Gigafactory be one and the same thing? Are two factories being planned? I'm thinking Tesla was approached about other possible 'Central' locations after he posted about Texas, which is why there's now a more generic location. That said, as a Texas resident, I've seen first hand how hard the state works to bring companies here. And geographically speaking, there's a reason why many companies say yes. Let alone when you consider the no state tax perk.

With another one of Elon's babies (SpaceX) having a presence in the state, it would make traveling from one place to the other much easier. Hey, if he wants to bring a Hyperloop to the state (or bore a tunnel), I won't complain. My money is on Texas on this one folks. What do you think?
